The site is situated at Jiangxi, China with 6.67 ha of site area and total 95,000 m² of floor area.
Sustainability and green ecology are the main concepts considered through the whole design process.
Due to hot and humid weather in summer season, the design aims to provide usable outdoor spaces with roof gardens and overhead corridor spaces by applying energy efficiency solutions such as external wall insulation system and natural ventilation.
